Remove duplicated name from player profile

At this moment player profile has three fields:
Player title
player first name
payer Last name
It would be good if player title will be formed automatically once first and Last name is filled.
I like this idea
We will not going to сhange this due to many reasons and integration with Statorium. Apologies for inconveniences if any.
