Livescores block - to display today matches grouped by league

Number of our customers is asking for "live-scores block"
This is kind of modification for Matches shortcode that provides recent matches list (let's say 0.5 day passed + today + 1 day forward)
Main requirements:
- each match in one row
- grouped by league.
- the league priority shall be counted. So more important leagues are higher than low priority leagues
- optional thumbnail for league
