Add ability to create Fantasy league with following ideas (approximately)
- Site visitors can have limited budget
- Create their own teams using player price
- Once real games played and players gains statistic you get points
- Site visitors leaderboard with best points

Hi everyone. We have started Fantasy league development and completed about 60%. Unfortunately we don't have sufficient budgets to finish it. If we find customer who will be ready to invest ~2k in product that we started than we will issue it for public. The same applies for Joomla.
