Add ability to display extra fields in stages with ability to change them manually

To achieve better informative tables similar to this case it would be good to have 2 abilities
1. to display extra fields in stage table
2. to change extra field manually in stage. So for example player "50KG" level (extra field) can loose her weight for specific tournament so for such cases we will need to have ability to change her normal 50KG to 40GK inside such stage.
