Lock result for esport and Matchday redirect

Hi all,
1. is it possible to lock result when moderator inputs result for match? I don't want changes to be made afterwards.
2. When you click on team moderator module, is it possible to redirect automatic to Matchday edit score and not to Team edit?
Problem is that i want team moderators to only be able to input match results and not change team information.
